My friend Jeremy Richards has been learning and practicing meditation for about 20 years. Although Jeremy says he’s “not very good at it,” he sure does speak about it well. (I bet he meditates pretty well, too.)
There is a lot more to meditation than I originally expected! It was truly a joy to speak with Jeremy about his voyage into mindfulness and its many applications. From doing the dishes, to riding the bus, to those panicky sleepless nights. Plus, there are actual applications for your phone and devices to help you reconnect and recalibrate. (Who knew?!)
