Once upon a time, there were three improvisers who wanted to create a comedy festival for everyone. Because guess what? Everyone loves to laugh!
Meet Jekeva Phillips, Kinzie Shaw, and Natasha Ransom, the founders of Intersections Festival. It’s a comedy festival that celebrates the hilarious and diverse talent that thrives in Seattle! With intersectionality, this festival provides an opportunity for amazing artists. Neurodiverse folks, people of color, LGBTQ+ friends (and more!) get to take the stage, tell stories we’ve never heard before as we share in the laughter together.
Equity. Inclusion. Representation. Those are the beautiful core values of Intersections.
Intersections Festival runs from Thursday, March 21st through Sunday, March 24th at the Youngstown Cultural Arts Center in West Seattle. See the line up, buy your tickets, and get all of those details at IntersectionsFestival.com.
Real quick! Tragically, I’m going to be out of town for the festival. (Dang it!) However! I am going to buy two tickets to the festival and give them to someone who would like to attend! If you would like those tickets, let me know! You can email me at Sarah@ithinkyourenice.com.
As always, my friends, thank you for being here and enjoy!
